In addition to, and replacing traditional methods of financing, Payclass has identified several innovative programs that would fulfill customers’ needs for financing. In collaboration with multiple partners, we have implemented the following programs:
- When many funding institutions cannot provide customers with acceptable solutions, Payclass’ Department of Special Programs (DSP) may be able to fulfill your funding needs by matching your criteria with the an appropriate solution.
- Payclass does not charge any upfront fees to provide customers with 2-3 offers.
- After Customer signs the Agreement / Term Sheet with the financial institutions we partner with, Owners / customers may need to pay for 3rd Party Due Diligence costs (contribute their own money or willing to borrow). Go to this form to confirm your willingness to contribute to your own project.
